Exchanges & Returns
We do our utmost best to ensure all our measurements on Skoonma is 100% correct, and it is up to you to ensure you measure yourself
If, for some reason, the item you ordered doesn’t fit, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your order.
If your package arrives damaged please contact us on email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order.
As soon as you mail us, we’ll arrange a pickup for the item that doesn’t fit.. and as soon as we receive your item and it not damaged, we’ll send you a voucher for the value of your item.
Please ensure that your item you are returning is clean (doesn’t smell like sweat or full of make-up) and neatly packaged.
Because of the limited stock, we do not do a physical exchange. (We, unfortunately, don’t do any refunds).
The free delivery is only valid for ONE pickup & delivery; Skoonma charges a fee of R100 for any extra pickups & delivery.
Exchanges are also not done on any sale or Thrift items.
To return your product, we will provide you with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
